This is what my typical day looks like when I’m not preparing for your parties.

I’m researching, learning new techniques, creating marketing, invoicing, finding new exciting products, contacting vendors and everything else in between! Whilst still running a household and being a Dad 😊

Yep, running your own business isn’t easy, but we love it!

Sometimes (not often) we have people complain that our prices are too high. Or people say “seriously, that much for balloons?” (Yep, some people don’t have a filter).

I wanted to remind our friends on here that you’re not just paying for balloons. You’re paying for the convenience , the years of learning and mastering our craft, the countless hours of research we put in to finding suppliers that can provide top quality products at the lowest possible prices so that we can pass on those savings.

We didn’t start this business to rip people off. We wanted to bring the fun of a great party to everyone. Even those with a smaller budget. That’s why we’ve created packages that cater for most!

Please remember, that we are people behind this business and that as much as we love what we do, sometimes the messages calling us a rip off, or telling me that I don’t respond fast enough can be hurtful.

We always try to respond same day, or at most within 48 hours. But sometimes life gets in the way of that and we need to focus on our family. Just like most people, I have an elderly Nan, parents, siblings, a husband, a child and many nieces and nephews. All of whom from time to time will need me.

I know 99% of you will appreciate that life and business must coincide and that sometimes we will not be able to jump onto things immediately. We appreciate you. We appreciate your patience in those times. We appreciate your continued support and return business. You, our clients, are what keep us afloat and without you, we’d just have a tonne of balloons lying around and slushy machines that take up space!

Chocolates are included - it's not just a label. Leave the hard work of wrapping chocolates to us!!

Honey Balsamic Roasted Pumpkin & Beetroot Salad

- Fresh Honey, to coat pumpkin
- Balsamic Glaze, to coat pumpkin
- Pumpkin, cut into 2cm pieces & roasted
- Baby Beetroot, quartered
- Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- Feta Cheese, crumbled or small squares
- Baby Spinach
- Balsamic Glaze, to serve.

Delicious on its own or with a nice steak!
